General Terms and Conditions

Thank you for booking and please pay attention to the following hotel conditions:

A valid credit card will guarantee your booking by charging.

Check-in at the facility is possible after 15:00, on the day of arrival.

Check-out from the facility must be done by 11:00, on the day of departure.

The property reserves the right to charge additional costs for late check-outs.

Please note that children aged 14 and over are considered adults and are charged the full price. When booking accommodation, you are obliged to add children older than the above to adults.

The final bill for services is made at the reception before departure.

If you want to change or cancel your reservation, you can make changes online, in accordance with the Terms of cancellation.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or change a reservation if the reservation system has been misused or made by an obvious mistake of the user.

Cancellation policy

 If canceled up to 7 days before your arrival, no fee will be charged, otherwise, one night price will be charged. No show is 100% charged.

How to make a reservation?

1. BOOK NOW: Proceed via our booking form where you check availability and rates, request the booking and we will e-mail you with further information.

2. SEND US AN E-MAIL: and make reservation by providing your credit card information (card number, expiry date, CVC code).

Your details will be used only to guarantee your booking by charging. 

What if there is no availability for the dates that you are interested in?

In that case please contact us via e-mail. Sometimes there is still availability in the hotel but nothing appears in our online booking calendar.
