Das Boutique-Haus Karkovich im Zentrum von Hvar befindet sich am Eingang zum Altstadtkern, nur wenige Sekunden vom berühmten „Pjaca“ entfernt.
Erbaut im 14. Jh., Wurde das Innere 2013 komplett renoviert.
Insgesamt 60 Quadratmeter groß, in 2 Etagen unterteilt, sehr modern und voll ausgestattet. Dieses schöne Haus ist die perfekte Wahl für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden, die Hvar für ihren Urlaub ausgewählt haben.
Das Karkovich-Haus verfügt über 2 Doppelschlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und einen Wohnboden.
Beide Zimmer verfügen über Doppelbetten mit Seidenkissen und Bettwäsche, orthopädische und antiallergene Matratzen, Klimaanlagen und LCD-Fernseher.
Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern und enthalten Naturkosmetik.

Gastzugang

Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen und wird im Hotel Park, 2 Minuten zu Fuß, serviert.
Im Restaurant Park erhalten Sie 10% Ermäßigung.

The location was in center! The property was clean and cute. It has stairs inside the house to second floor (kitchen, living room and one bathroom) . It’s good for younger people, not recommended if you have problems with stairs since getting to apartment from street has lots of steps and another sets of stairs inside the apartment. Both shower heads have been installed very low that is a good height for kids, I recommended the front desk to raise them. They had a good buffet breakfast! I recommend it to younger generations definitely!

Good value 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in very central location in Hvar old town. Apartment is run by the more prestige Park hotel so you get the benefit of this hotel, such as breakfast which is really good. Also you can get room cleaned / bedding & towels refreshed when required. Location is perfect, but up stairs as with all the accommodation if you want central.
