We respect your privacy and the security of your personal information. We guarantee to the users of our services that we will treat all personal data as confidential information and business secret. In no case do we provide, forward, or exchange personal data and e-mails of our users that we collect through the reservation system or contact form.

PROTECTION OF YOUR IDENTITY
We will not publish the identity of the user of its services, except in the case of the explicit consent of the user or a binding order of the judicial body of the Republic of Croatia.

SERVER STATISTICS
We are constantly analyzing the statistics of visits to our pages in order to improve the availability of the service and the quality of the information offered. Records of visits to our pages do not contain the personal data of our users or refer to persons who visit our pages.

USING COOKIES
A cookie is a small text file that some Internet servers write to your PC when you visit a website. Cookies do not read data from your disks or data contained in cookies from other servers stored on your disk. IP addresses are numbers that are unique to each computer currently connected to the Internet. They are used to identify recipients and senders of data over the Internet. Our server records the IP address of your PC during each transaction within the reservation system for secure transfer and protection against misuse of your data. Personal data of users are not available outside the reservation system.

SECURE DATA TRANSMISSION
We provide the highest level of data protection to the users of the reservation system. For secure data transfer between your PC and our servers, we use Thawte certification and SSL technology with 128-bit encryption. All personal data, numbers of personal documents, credit cards or other means of payment that users submit via the reservation system, are transmitted exclusively through a secure connection with 128-bit data encryption. HOTEL PARK reserves the right to change any information stated in this document. Any changes will be immediately available to users on this site.
